Delete your data · Updated September 24, 2026
You decide what to keep.
Website accounts, the waitlist, and data on your Mac are separate. Use the steps below for the information you want to remove.
Delete your website account
- Sign in to your RoleDesk account with Google.
- Open “Delete your account” and enter the email address shown on the page.
- Choose “Permanently delete account.” The page confirms when deletion succeeds.
This removes the active account identity and revokes all website and Mac account sessions. A minimal random account identifier and deletion timestamp are retained to keep restored database backups from recreating the account. Signing in again creates a new account.
Stop automation and disconnect services
Turn the email channel Off, stop automation, and quit RoleDesk before removing credentials. Website deletion does not remotely stop local work. To disconnect Gmail, remove RoleDesk under Google Account connections to revoke Google access. Revoke AI-provider keys through the relevant provider. There is currently no in-app Gmail disconnect button.
Remove data stored elsewhere
Website deletion does not remove files or credentials on your Mac. Gmail tokens are local JSON files in the app’s data directory. They can also be present in backups; revoking Google access is separate from removing those files. Contact support for help identifying RoleDesk’s local data and token files before removing them; keep a backup of any documents or receipts you want to retain. Employers, email recipients, and AI providers handle information already sent to them under their own policies.
Waitlist or account-access help
Email mailforjashanveer@gmail.com to remove a waitlist entry or request deletion if you cannot sign in. Include the email address associated with the request, but never send passwords, API keys, or sign-in codes. We will verify ownership before deleting account information.
